Hey Smokey! We spoke several times throughout the weekend. I am the retired tin knocker with the blue and white R53. And yes that was my wife that ran out of gas on the track. (my fault) But in the end, we had a great time on the track and off, and meeting so many new friends. It's very easy to confuse cars, faces, and circumstances when the level of excitement is so high. What a fantastic time we had!!! I just ordered more stuff from gotbluemilk this morning. Corinne is totally hooked on motorsports now, thanks to REME, Thunderhill Raceway, and the coaches.

KRCR TV 7 Redding (ABC affiliate)will be airing MINI Thunder as a News broadcast tonight at 5:30PM & 6:30PM. Nick Emmons will also upload the broadcast to youtube and is sending me a link. I will post as soon as I get it.

Nick Emmons and videographer Adam came to Thunderhill on Monday and did interviews and took some in-car footage. Can't wait to see it.

Willum,

You're a star, so is REME. Great video, great story line. They got you inside driving around the track. Came out great. Very positive. I have recorded it on DVR. Now I will have to figure out how to get it uploaded. REME is mentioned throughout the story.

Willum,

Spoke with Raleigh Adams and he says it will be about two weeks before he has this finished up. He is currently finishing up two shows now and MINI Thunder is 3rd on the list. He says he got some great footage. He will be sending me some of that & I will upload as soon as I get it.

I have uploaded the KRCR TV news story video to my facebook page. It took forever uploading from out here in the "country" hills. I'll see if I can find a way to link it. I have sent a copy to Rob @ Miniology. Hope he can upload.

I am not sure if you can access this if you are not a facebook member,
