Hi! New to this site ad hoping someone can help. I'm looking for a bike rack to fit a 2007 Mini Cooper. Needs to fit at least two bikes, possibly three. The new ones are a little steep for me ($199), so if anyone has a used one they don't need anymore.......

I am seriously interested in buying a Mini. Is there any way I can test drive a late model without going to San Francisco or Sacramento? SF does not seem like an ideal place to test drive, anyway.
<Where do you live? Good Stuff Auto in Santa Rosa generally has at least a couple of quality used MINIs on their lot. -peter->
Hi - We have had our 08 Cooper S for just over a year and love it. We just found out about REME and are looking forward to joining you guys on your next run. <No discounted tickets that I am aware of, but if you view the thread on the REME MegaBBS it will direct you to whom you should buy tickets from so that you can join us in the paddock area. -peter->

I love those photos from the Magical Mystery Tour in SF. thanks for sharing Byron.
Here are some photos of the Magical Mini Mystery Tour. I was only there for Sunday Morning so the pictures do not include Friday, Saturday or Sunday afternoon activities. It was a good day for a Rally. http://www.pacificdesigners.com/fotos/ Enjoy
Can someone please help me. I am trying to import a 1991 mini from Japan to Hawaii, and am getting the run around from customs, EPA and DMV on what is required to upgrade the car to meet USA standards. They say they need a certificate saying it meets requirements, but fail to say what that is, or who can do the job. If anyone can help, I would appreciate the info. Thanks in advance
<I don't believe that it is legal to import a Mini that new to any state in the US. 1975 is the cut-off date in California but I don't know what it is in Hawaii. Many have avoided the laws by having their cars "re-shelled or re-vinned". This is not legal anywhere. There are discussions about this on our MegaBBS forums pages as well as at MOASF. You are better off to purchase a car already registered in your state. -peter->
Hello, I am moving to area, Davis-Dixon with my 2002 mini and am wondering if anyone has tried a PICC on their mini?

Site looks great, and am excited to join. Is there a specific reason all the dinners of the year are in sacramento area? could there be more variety, as the club is officially in healdsburg? also, I am wondering what race times you have planned at Infineon, if any? Thanks!
<Hi Meredith, Welcome to REME! Dinners are social and are organized and held by the local chapters of REME. The Sacramento Area members have just scheduled their events for the entire year. North Bay events are usually posted around 6-8 weeks prior to the event. Please see the REME MegaBBS for the most updated calendar of events. -peter->

My first ever Cooper S Convertible should be arriving late next month or early December. I would appreciate any tips on driving and does anyone know if I can fit a golf bag in the trunk? Also, does anyone here really like the Nav System, in my work I drive often to new addresses and places of business, so I felt it would be a good investment?! Cheers, Cherise
